Replacement Terms

 

The product has never been used, is in its original condition, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.

 

Possibility of Replacement

 

For non-printed products, you must return the product within three (3) days of receiving it.

 

Reasons for Replacement

 

You received the wrong product. You received a product that was not as described on the website. You received a damaged product.

 

Non-Replacement products

 

You are not entitled to return or exchange any of the following products: First: that have been used, damaged by you, or are in a condition different from when you received them. Second: any consumables that have been used or installed in something else. Third: any products that lack their serial number or have been tampered with. Fourth: any products that have printing on them. Fifth: products that are not returnable for health reasons, that have been opened after delivery, or if they have been mixed with other items after delivery.
